It's a blog.
Why?
I'm not entirely sure, but I have a couple of ideas:
I'm growing discontent with the fact that I'm pretty good at starting projects. I'm not good at finishing them. Maybe a project that doesn't have a finish line would be something that'd help.
I'm also pretty bad at documenting the things that I work on. Usually, I try to make things that are clear enough that I won't need much documentation, and I tell myself that I'll remember. It's time I admit to myself that I won't, and I'd like to do better at that. This is a place for me to be able to write down the things I do.
The last thing is just the general state of the Internet in general, and a growing sense of frustration. It feels like we're heading towards a digital dark age, and the only thing I can do is to document things so that they're there for anyone else in the future if they end up needing to look.
Honestly? I'm still not sure. It's taken me several days just to get to a point where I've gotten this written out, and it's the furthest thing from what I've planned. Maybe that's for the best.
Either way, thank you: for reading this, for being here, for stumbling on this place at some point in the future.
Let's go on a journey together.
